We have many years of experience in advising on national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in various business and industrial sectors. Our ongoing activities include setting up structured transaction processes, conducting due diligence reviews, drafting, and negotiating company purchase agreements and supporting post-merger integration processes.<\/p>
