as Of Counsel, heads the Department of Commercial Criminal Law. The focus of his more than fifteen years of expertise, in addition to representation in complex white-collar criminal causes, is in particular financial criminal law, criminal corruption law, criminal procedure law, corporate criminal law and victim representation of individuals and companies. Previously, G\u00fcnther worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Vienna and at the Supreme Court as well as in several prestigious Austrian commercial law firms.<\/p><p>He is fluent in German and English.<\/p><p>Since 2013, G\u00fcnther has been lecturing on the topic of White-Collar Crime Law in the course of studies on White-Collar Crime &amp; Cyber Crime at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and continuously publishes in recognized professional journals and collective works.
