Her focus areas include all kinds of commercial related litigation, enforcement of foreign judgments and both domestic and foreign arbitral awards as well as all types of collective legal protection.<\/p><p>She speaks fluent German, English, Bosnian\/Croatian\/Serbian and has knowledge of the French language.<\/p><p>Bojana regularly publishes, speaks at conferences, and lectures on civil procedure and enforcement law. In addition to her legal qualification in Austria, she is also a European lawyer and a member of the Zagreb Bar
