We advise companies on all energy and financial regulatory requirements, such as licensing requirements when commencing energy industry activities or ongoing reporting obligations (e.g. in accordance with REMIT [Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency]). ]). We also represent companies in investigations by E-Control and in administrative offence proceedings, such as REMIT-proceedings.
We advise and represent companies in connection with the construction and operation of photovoltaic plants, hydropower plants, wind turbines and other types of energy plants (e.g. advice on questions relating to trade law, road law and nature conservation law).
We draft, review and negotiate trading, grid access and energy supply contracts (electricity supply and purchase agreements, power purchasing agreements).
We represent companies in extrajudicial disputes as well as in civil and arbitration proceedings which involve claims arising from energy-related agreements.
We advise on the establishment of renewable energy communities and citizen energy communities.
