Based on many years of practical experience in numerous national and international financing transactions, financial restructurings and advising companies in insolvency proceedings, we are able to advise our clients on all aspects of insolvency law and support them in the development and implementation of corporate restructuring strategies.
The focus of our activities is on comprehensive crisis and insolvency advice for companies, on the one hand to be able to recognize financial risks in good time and take the appropriate steps, and on the other hand to support companies in crisis with restructuring. Our services range from advising and training management in the areas of management liability, capital maintenance regulations and avoidance law to advising on the refinancing and financial restructuring of companies and advising and supporting companies in insolvency as well as in the judicial reorganization and continuation of companies.
