About Bernhard

Bernhard Köck is Counsel and Head of the Department of Dispute Resolution | Litigation and, together with Sascha Jung, of the Department of Competition Law. He specializes in commercial dispute resolution. In addition to well-known clients from the financial and energy sectors, he continuously represents medium-sized companies and individuals in national and international litigation. These disputes touch on all areas of commercial law, in particular banking contract law, tort and warranty law, corporate law, distribution law, and antitrust law. Bernhard Köck also regularly represents companies in insolvencies. 

In recent years, Bernhard Köck has also distinguished himself as an advisor to energy utilities on regulatory issues (e.g. REMIT, MAR/MAD II, EMIR).

Bernhard Köck is fluent in German and English. He is the author of numerous legal publications on his areas of expertise.
