IT legal advice is characterized by cooperation with IT experts from Deloitte, which enables us to take a multidisciplinary approach and thus provide our clients with holistic support in this area. We focus on providing support in large and complex IT and digitalization projects, legal analysis, and assistance with the outsourcing of IT services and business processes, support with cloud-based entry, the review, drafting, renegotiation and renegotiation of IT, licensing, SaaS, IaaS, and outsourcing contracts as well as advice in the areas of artificial intelligence and new media.
