Gerald Hendler is a Senior Managing Associate in the Corporate | M&A Team. He specializes in complex national and cross-border transactions (Asset & Share Deal) as well as restructurings and in advising in the area of Corporate and Business Law. Gerald has already been working for JWO | Deloitte Legal Austria as an Associate and Senior Managing Associate since 2016 and was also able to gain valuable in-house experience at a leading Austrian FinTech company. He also completed a postgraduate master’s degree in Corporate & Commercial Law at the City University of Hong Kong.

Gerald is fluent in German and English.
