Clemens Stadler is an associate in the Data Protection Law | Cybersecurity team as well as in the IP/IT and Media Law team. He specializes in data protection law, information technology law, as well as contract review and data protection in the health and research sector. Previously, Clemens worked at Suppan & Spiegl Rechtsanwälte and Graf & Pitkowitz Rechtsanwälte.

Most recently, he worked for an Austrian social insurance institution, where he gained extensive experience in the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, among other things.

Clemens is a certified data protection officer (CIS), Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe and Certified Information Privacy Manager by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a Fellow of Information Privacy.

He is fluent in German and English.
