Patrick Mayrhuber is Attorney in the Banking & Finance team and has extensive experience in advising borrowers, sponsors as well as international and domestic financial institutions in a broad range of national and cross border financing transactions (including acquisition financing, project financing, syndicated financing, real estate financing, securitizations, corporate financing and financial restructurings. He has also vast experience in the banking industry and worked at BNP Paribas CIB Austria in 2022. Before joining  JWO | Deloitte Legal Austria Patrick worked at Schindler Attorneys at Law as well as Binder Grösswang Attorneys at Law. He started his career as teaching and research associate at the department for Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law of the University of Graz. 

He is fluent in German and English.
