Lena Winkler is an attorney in the Corporate | M&A team. She has more than ten years of experience in corporate and commercial law, both in renowned law firms and in industry. In addition to general corporate law issues and corporate governance, her practice focuses on complex (national and multinational) M&A transactions, joint ventures and reorganizations.
Lena joined JWO as an attorney in 2025 after working for seven years in the legal department of OMV Aktiengesellschaft. Prior to that she worked at CMS Attorneys at Law and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Rechtsanwälte.

Lena is fluent in German and English.
