Clemens Stadler is Attorney at Law in the Data Protection Law | Cybersecurity team as well as in the IP/IT and Media Law team. He has been working for several years in the areas of research and health data law, data protection law, information technology law, and contract review, advising national and international clients on complex legal issues in these areas of law.

He is fluent in German and English.

Clemens is a certified data protection officer (CIS) and author of several publications in the field of Data Protection Law. He also holds several internationally recognized data protection certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT). He has been awarded the title of Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) by the IAPP.
