Miriam is Partner and Attorney at law at JWO | Deloitte Legal Austria and heads the representation office in Graz. She advises Austrian and international companies in all areas of corporate and commercial law. Miriam has many years of experience in advising on domestic national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in various business and industry sectors. . She additionally advises clients in all areas of real estate law, in particular on acquisitions and sales, financing (loans and leasing), restructuring as well as project development of real estate and complex national and international real estate projects. In addition, Miriam is well-known for advising clients on the interdisciplinary fields of ESG and sustainability. Miriam has more than 17 years of professional experience in her areas of expertise.  

She is fluent in German, English, Slovak and Czech.
