Roman Wasserscheid is a Senior Managing Associate in the Real Estate Law Team. His practice focuses on real estate law, corporate/M&A and litigation and he assists clients in all areas of real estate law including financing, in M&A transactions as well as in corporate law matters and litigation. Roman has more than 9 years of hands-on professional experience in his areas of expertise. Previously, he worked at PWC Legal Austria and as Senior Legal Counsel in the Group Legal Department of an Austrian bank.

He is fluent in German and English.
