Yvonne Gutsohn is a Senior Managing Associate in the Corporate | M&A Team. She has about six years of experience advising clients on complex domestic and multinational M&A transactions and all facets of corporate law as well as corporate governance. She joined JWO | Deloitte Legal Austria in 2021 as a Managing Associate. Prior to that she worked as an Associate at Weber Attorneys at Law in Vienna.

She is fluent in German and English.
