About Maximilian

Maximilian Weiler is a founding partner of Jank Weiler Operenyi Attorneys at Law and heads the Corporate and Private Clients practice areas. He is an expert in corporate and business law, transactional advice as well as private client services. Maximilian has more than 20 years of professional experience in domestic and cross-border corporate projects, restructurings, transactions and advising family businesses, HNWI, private foundations and family offices.

Prior to founding JWO, Maximilian worked at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Attorneys at Law as well as Weiler & Weiler Auditors and Tax consultants. 

He is fluent in German and English.

Maximilian is a lecturer at the IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences and lectures continuously in corporate and business law. He is a member of private foundations boards and advisory boards as well as author of numerous professional articles and lecturer at several legal publishers.
