Stefan Zischka is a Partner and Head of the department. He is an expert in employment, social security and immigration law and has many years of practical professional experience in his areas of expertise. Previously he worked at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Attorneys at Law and as a legal counsel at Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG.

He is fluent in German and English.

Stefan Zischka is a lecturer in employment and social security law at the IMC University of Applied Sciences. He is the author and editor of numerous books, essays as well as articles and lectures continuously on his areas of expertise (e.g. as head of MANZ conferences on the Whistleblower Protection Act).
