About Günther
Günther Rebisant is a Senior Managing Associate and, as Of Counsel, heads the Department of Commercial Criminal Law. The focus of his more than fifteen years of expertise, in addition to representation in complex white-collar criminal causes, is in particular financial criminal law, criminal corruption law, criminal procedure law, corporate criminal law and victim representation of individuals and companies. Previously, Günther worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Vienna and at the Supreme Court as well as in several prestigious Austrian commercial law firms.
He is fluent in German and English.
Since 2013, Günther has been lecturing on the topic of White-Collar Crime Law in the course of studies on White-Collar Crime & Cyber Crime at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and continuously publishes in recognized professional journals and collective works. He is regularly called upon as an external consultant in criminal law cases and contributes his expertise as a member of numerous Austrian legal organizations.
