About Bojana

Bojana Vareskic is a partner and heads the Dispute Resolution practice. She advises clients on civil law matters and represents clients in complex litigation, regularly with a cross-border element. Her focus areas include all kinds of commercial related litigation, enforcement of foreign judgments and both domestic and foreign arbitral awards as well as all types of collective legal protection.

She speaks fluent German, English, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and has knowledge of the French language.

Bojana regularly publishes, speaks at conferences, and lectures on civil procedure and enforcement law. In addition to her legal qualification in Austria, she is also a European lawyer and a member of the Zagreb Bar Association.
