Environmental law is an extremely multi-layered legal field which, not only today, but above all due to its complexity, has been raising a wealth of issues and thus a wide range of legal questions for years.
In its conception, environmental law includes all standards that serve to protect the environment. Our core activities include advising and supporting operating facilities in the varied areas of activity, as well as industrial and infrastructure projects. In this context, environmental law is characterized in particular by public commercial law and civil law.
In the context of public commercial law, our advisory and support approach begins in the planning phase of our clients’ various project ideas. It is precisely in this phase that possible later obstacles or resistance from the parties involved can be avoided or at least reduced.
