We advise our clients in all individual employment law matters. Our focus here is on drafting complex employment agreements and assisting with restructurings.
With regard to collective employment law, we support our clients in particular with the drafting of works agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
We work closely with Deloitte’s tax consultants and auditors on social security and payroll tax issues. In addition, we have access to our Deloitte Legal network for international matters in more than 80 countries worldwide, enabling us to develop optimized solutions for our clients both globally and regionally.

We advise Austrian and international companies on all individual employment law matters, from the establishment to the termination of employment relationships. We support our clients with the contractual implementation, advise and assist with restructurings and represent them before authorities and courts. Another focus is the drafting of complex employment and management agreements on various employment law issues such as remuneration, working hours or remote work.
In collective employment law, we support our clients in particular with the conclusion of works agreements and collective bargaining agreements by accompanying negotiations with the works council and the social partners and assisting with the legal implementation.
Due to our international network and close cooperation with Deloitte’s experts in social security and payroll tax matters, we are constantly confronted with cross-border issues. Here, our focus is particularly on the development and coordination of temporary employment and assignment structures.
We advise and represent our clients in administrative criminal proceedings, in particular in connection with violations of working time regulations, cases of wage and social dumping or the illegal employment of foreign nationals.
Another important part of our advisory practice is supporting our clients in matters relating to immigration law, whereby we take care of applications for residence and workpermits and represent our clients before the relevant authorities.
