About Andreas

Andreas Jank is a Founding Partner of Jank Weiler Operenyi Attorneys at Law | Deloitte Legal Austria and heads the practice areas Banking | Finance as well as Insolvency Law | Restructuring. He is an expert in financing law, financial restructuring and corporate law and has more than 20 years of professional and consulting experience in his areas of expertise as well as in Corporate | M&A, Real Estate and Litigation.

Prior to founding JWO, Andreas worked for Hemmelrath Hügel Attorneys at Law, Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Attorneys at Law as wells as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Attorneys at Law. He also gained practical experience in the banking sector while working for the Austrian branch of the international bank UBS Luxembourg S.A.. 

Andreas is fluent in German and English.

He lectures on corporate and business law at various universities of applied sciences and is listed in numerous rankings as one of the leading lawyers in the field of Banking & Finance.
