We advise producers and distributors of cosmetics every step of the way: classification, formulation, product positioning, labeling, and advertising, quality and risk management.
Requirements for natural cosmetics and demarcation issues.

Chemicals legislation (including detergents and biocides) is regulated at both European and national level (e.g. CLP Regulation, REACH, Chemicals Act). It includes regulations for market access (registration, notification, licenses), labelling requirements, specifications for product safety sheets, distribution and workplace restrictions – especially for hazardous and toxic substances.

Tobacco products are regulated at European level by a directive. Implementation in the individual member states is not completely uniform, nor is the case law and practice. The regulations include requirements for the registration (/deadlines), composition, labeling, advertising and distribution of the products covered (including tobacco, e-cigarettes with and without nicotine, herbal smoking products). We support our clients in introducing and marketing their products on the Austrian market in a legally compliant manner.
