Alexander Operenyi ist Partner und leitet gemeinsam mit Johannes Lutterotti den Fachbereich M&A. Er verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Berufs- und Beratungspraxis im Bereich (grenzüberschreitender) M&A-Transaktionen (sell-side und buy-side in sämtlichen Facetten), Joint Ventures, Gesellschaftsrecht und Unternehmensrecht. Im Jahr 2014 schloss er sich JWO als Partner an. Zuvor war er 9 Jahre lang in Wien und London bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Rechtsanwälte und davor bei Kafka Palkovits Knirsch Fellner Braun Rechtsanwälte tätig.

Alexander spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
